Bnsf Logistics Makes Strategic Acquisition SPRINGDALE, AK May 04, 2004 -- BNSF Logistics, LLC, today acquired Rite Choice Transport, a Roland, Oklahoma third-party logistics (3PL) company that specializes in serving the perishables and refrigerated market. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.Rite Choice will be operated as a unit within BNSF Logistics' Transportation Execution Services (TES) business, which serves customers from coast-to-coast.
